Delivery & Shipping Policy

Digital Sphere Tech provides both digital solutions and technical hardware. Our delivery policy ensures that your enterprise infrastructure is deployed efficiently across Pakistan.

1. Digital Service Delivery (IT Enablement)

  • Mode of Delivery: Most services, including system integrations and software enablement, are delivered digitally. Access credentials, secure links, and configuration files will be sent to the client’s registered corporate email.
  • Timeline: Delivery timelines are strictly defined in the project Statement of Work (SOW). We aim for 100% on-time deployment for all Pakistani enterprise partners.
  • Verification: Delivery is considered “Complete” once the system has passed the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase and the client has received administrative access.

2. Physical Hardware Shipping

In instances where our solutions require physical components (Servers, Routers, IoT devices):

  • Coverage: We provide secure shipping to all major business hubs in Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and Sialkot.
  • Lead Times: For in-stock hardware, the processing time is 2–4 business days. For imported specialized equipment, timelines will be communicated based on customs clearance in Pakistan.
  • Logistics Partners: We utilize specialized corporate couriers to ensure the safe handling of sensitive technical equipment.

3. Installation & On-Site Deployment

For projects requiring on-site technical setup, our engineering team will coordinate a deployment date. The “Delivery” is finalized once the hardware is installed and the network connectivity is verified on the client’s premises.

4. Delivery Delays

Digital Sphere Tech shall not be held liable for delays caused by national holidays, regional connectivity outages, or unforeseen regulatory changes within Pakistan. We remain committed to keeping our partners updated via our support portal.
