Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Digital Sphere Tech, we provide specialized B2B technical services and IT infrastructure solutions. Since our services involve professional labor, customized system integrations, and digital resource allocation, our refund policy is governed by the following terms:

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all B2B service contracts, including IT enablement, system integration, and technical consultancy performed within the Pakistan market.

2. Service-Based Refunds

  • Consultancy & Discovery: Fees for initial technical assessments and infrastructure audits are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
  • Milestone Payments: Our projects are typically billed based on milestones. Once a milestone (e.g., “System Design” or “Beta Integration”) is completed and approved by the client, the associated payment is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations: If a project is terminated by the client before completion, Digital Sphere Tech reserves the right to retain payment for all work performed up to the cancellation date, plus any non-recoverable costs (such as third-party licenses or hardware already procured).

3. Service Level Agreements (SLA)

If the delivered service does not meet the technical specifications or uptime guarantees outlined in your specific B2B contract, the client may be eligible for Service Credits or a partial refund, subject to a technical audit by our team.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized software configurations.
  • Deployment fees for cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Third-party license fees paid on behalf of the client.
